about me: Tadd Grandstaff is the founding and Lead Pastor of Pine Ridge Church in Graham, NC. After just 2 1/2 years of existence, the church averages nearly 500 people and has seen over 275 people make decisions for Christ.
Tadd has a burning desire to reach people that are far from God. God has given him a vision and a passion to do whatever it takes, by whatever means necessary, to reach people that are far from God.

full bio: Tadd has been in full time ministry since 1997. For 4 years he was on staff at Thomas Road Baptist Church in Lynchburg, VA. He was the High School Intern for 2 years before serving as Assistant High School Pastor. He was on staff at West Ridge Church in Hiram, Georgia for 2 years as the Student Ministries Assistant.
In 2003, Tadd committed to starting Ridge Stone Church [now known as Revolution Church], a church plant of West Ridge Church in Canton, GA. Tadd was on staff for 2 years as the Associate Pastor. While Tadd was at Ridge Stone Church, he began to feel God calling him to plant a church. In 2005, Tadd worked with Big Sky Church, another church plant of West Ridge Church. Tadd served there as the Life Journey Pastor as he then began the process of church planting.
Tadd & Becki moved to Burlington, NC in July 2006 to begin planting Pine Ridge Church. They moved to the area not knowing anyone in their community and not having anyone on their team. They watched as God grew their staff to a team of 6 and their ‘launch team’ to over 70 people prior to launch. Pine Ridge Church officially launched on September 9, 2007, with 276 people in attendance.
